Ordering
Wedding dress order require at least 3 months for me to process your order. I do accept rush orders, email me for details.
Payment
We require 50% of the final price of the dress before we start the process of creating your dress. You can pay the remaining 50% in one or several payments, however you want to work it out.
Fitting your Dress - keep in mind if you from our size chart, you can easily have the dress altered by a local seamstress as you would if you ordered a dress from most wedding shops.
Size Chart
View our size chart to help guide you in what size you need to order and how to measure yourself. If you feel you may be inbetween sizes, order the larger of the two then once you receive your dress you can easily have it altered by a local seamstress.
Custom Sizing
If you can not find a size on the size chart that you feel will work for you, I will custom make your gown according to your measurements. I do not accept returns on custom sized dresses, however, I do not charge to alter it if you receive it and it does not fit you correctly. You may ship it back to me and I will make the necessary changes.
Return Policy
Please keep in mind that I make each order myself in my studio custom to your measurements, so my guidelines for returns must be specific. You must ship out the return to me with a post mark that is within three days of the delivery of your gown. I will not refund your money if the dress has been worn.
Shipping
$25 will be added for shipping within the US.
Otherwise, if you are out of the US we will email you a shipping total.
Being Eco - Conscious
I really strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. I set up my studio in my home so the only traveling involved in your wedding gown is shipping it to your home. I use as many sustainable fibers as I can such as organic and hemp fibers. I dye many of my fabrics myself using earth friendly dyes. Fabrics I order from other dyers are also dyed using eco-friendly low impact dyes to insure that your gown has as little impact on our precious earth as possible. Not only are my gowns earth friendly, but my designs are unique and specialized.
